The Remedy Shamrock Shake! ☘️

I mean…a childhood throwback for sure!! This is the healthiest version I’ve come up with…and it’s super delish!



What you need:

  • 1 frozen large banana, as ripe as possible

  • cacao nibs or chocolate chips

  • 1/8 tsp to 1/4 tsp pure peppermint extract

  • 2/3 cup to 1 cup nut/plant milk of choice

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/4 cup kale

  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach

Drop all into a high-speed blender & mix until smooth & creamy!
